To continue a previously configured consultation, open the link to the consultation with your Access Key.

The Access Key is a PDF file which you downloaded and stored on your smartphone or PC when you configured this consultation. The file was stored in the folder you specified – by default in “Downloads”. We recommend that you save files where you can easily find them.

EverAsk is your digital assistant for doctor-patient consultations. As an application EverAsk structures such consultations in three phases. It supports you in each of these phases.

 

Configure the consultation

Do you anticipate an easy or a complex doctor-patient consultation? To prepare for the consultation appropriately, EverAsk will first configure an individual set of questions.

Load Access Key for access at any time

The Access Key allows you to access your entries on EverAsk. You download the Access Key as a PDF file to your smartphone or to your computer. Store the file where you can easily find it again, because it contains a link which brings you to your personal input page.

Overview of progress and next tasks

You get to the three phases of the consultation from the overview. In the overview you can see what you have completed and which tasks are still open. 

Prepare the doctor-patient consultation

Preparation should begin before the consultation. EverAsk leads you through the preparation process, by helping you to gather topics, goals and questions.

Conduct the doctor-patient consultation

EverAsk groups your topics, goals and questions into a checklist. Using the Notes function, you can even write down your doctor’s responses..
